So it's my grandson's prom (here I will have to add some history of the boys in my family; my son who is 29 when he was small, he would always come out of school, didn't know what he had done, seen, read, ate, learned, played with or where his missing jumper, coat, bag, pe kit, plimsoles, reading book was. It was the same at home he could never find his jumper, coat, bag, pe kit, plimsoles, reading book... possibly because he'd left them in school, but you get the gist, he never knew where anything was or what he'd done, this part of the gene pool has travelled it's way all the way down, to both my grandson's of 16 & 11 at this time of writing, but who are son's of his sister's and thank goodness he has a daughter who is bright as a button like the girls of the family!) Aaron lives in Norwich, I live in Essex. So we travel up to Norwich for a couple of nights, so that I can take photo's of him, we also make other arrangements to meet up with our step-granddaughter Hannah, and have a meal, we get there and arrange to go to see him at 6pm, yes that's fine, he's not leaving until 7pm.... which gives us plenty of time to meet Hannah first after she finishes work and have a meal. He then texts me, actually we are leaving at 6.30pm, ok, so maybe we won't have as much time with Hannah.... 5 minutes later another text, I've got to leave at 5pm, what???!!! Yes he's now going to meet at friends house and he needs to be there that early, plus he has to walk....Eventually I decide on the only thing possible too fit everything in, we go over at 2pm and make him do a dress rehearsal!!
